Site work for a water / sewer project in Lufkin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This bid is for the repairsto existing water wells No. 7 and 25, which includes cleaning of casing pipe and screen, videosurvey and report on final condition of casingand screens, providing and installing one new pump, rebuilding one existing pump, replacing pump motor components, replacing suction piping and strainer, replacing the water level airline, AWWA well disinfection, and all associated appurtenances. A Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the contract documents. Cash currency is not acceptable as bid surety and is not to be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
