Including: reception area, general office area, 6 offices, work areas, committee room, council chambers, breakroom, 4 washrooms, utility room, front entrance and all hallways. The Rural Municipality of Brokenhead Public Works Building office, washrooms and breakroom, approximately 300 square feet. The contract will be February 1, 2025 - January 31, 2027, with a potential one-year extension based on both parties accepting.
