Reference number: 20042483 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-01-27 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 24 The Centre de services scolaires de la Capitale is requesting tenders for the services of a contractor to carry out repairs to the landing at the École de Château d'Eau located at 3075 rue du Golf, Québec (QC) G2A 1G1, during the period from June 27 to August 15, 2025, more specifically as per the schedule set out in Appendix 0.01.13 of the general conditions. All bids must be accompanied by a compliant bid bond representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, valid for a period of 45 days from the bid opening date, failing which the bid will be automatically rejected. This bid bond must be submitted on the mandatory form APPENDIX 4.01 A or APPENDIX 4.01 B of the tender form.It must be exchanged at the signing of the contract, if applicable, for a performance bond and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services, again in accordance with the mandatory forms appended to the General Conditions. The amount of each of these bonds will correspond to 50% of the contract price.
