The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Resource List of highly skilled Pre-qualified Vendors to provide NWP and affiliated subsidiaries prime architectural consultative services, with respect to NWPs anticipated operational and capital project activities. These projects may include project planning and conceptual design, functional programs, repairs, modernizations, extensions or additions, refurbishments, and new construction. Successful firms are required to work with college personnel and community members, as a member of the development team.
