Renovation of a mixed-use development in Schaumburg, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
The Board of Education, Schaumburg Community Consolidated School District 54, 524 East Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60194, will receive sealed bids for: Summer 2025 Renovations - STR Partners A Performance and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. A Bid Security of 10% of the Bid is required with the proposal. The Contractor must pay the Prevailing Wage Rates for all work per Illinois Law. Bidders are required to submit two (2) copies of an AIA 305-Contractors Qualifi cation statement to the offi ces of Nicholas & Associates, Inc., 1001 Feehanville Drive, Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056, prior to the above bid date. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. It is the policy of Schaumburg Community Consolidated School District 54, to provide equal opportunity to all qualifi ed businesses in the awarding of contracts and accordingly promotes the utilization of diversifi ed businesses to the maximum extent feasible in any contract issued against this solicitation to bid.
