Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Wilsonville, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Proposals from firms experienced in providing engineering services for upgrade of approximately 2,600 linear feet of SW Stafford Road between Boeckman Road and SW Kahle Road. The scope will include engineering and preparation of construction documents for roundabouts, roadways, sidewalks, bike facilities, planter strip with street trees, water quality facilities, storm water conveyance facilities, street lighting, utility undergrounding, and signage and striping. Work is expected to begin in March 2025 and continue through December 2027.
