Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belleville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Renovations to an existing staff parking lot located at the Belleville General Hospital site. 50% Performance Bond and the 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond described in the Bid Documents, the form of such bonds to comply with the requirements of the Contract. General liability insurance in the name of the Contractor, with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence. The insurance coverage shall in any case not be less than the commercial general liability insurance required by the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) standard form IBC 2100, Commercial General Liability Policy and standard form IBC 2320, Commercial General Liability Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) Endorsement or as otherwise stipulated.
