Carthage Second Deep Well Description: The construction of a new 400 gallon per minute deep well into the Jordan Aquifer approximately 130 feet north of the City's existing well. Renovate the existing on-site electrical building to house the new variable frequency drive and equipment for the new well. In submitting Proposals for the planned work, the Bidder shall declare that only persons or parties interested in the proposed work as Principals are those contained in the Proposal; and that the Proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation.
