2025 Street Improvement Project Description: Approximate quantities include: 22,500 S Y Full Depth Reclamation 2,300 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb and Gutter 30 C Y Excavation - Common (P) 1,900 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,C) 3,800 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (2,C) 4 EA 8" - 12" Gate Valve Install Please note: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Minnetrista shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Question Deadline 01/27/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
