You are invited to submit your bid to furnish the materials and/or services described herein. Please submit your prices/fees net of all discounts. Abatement Mowing Services: The City of West Plains is seeking bids from qualified contractors for abatement mowing services to be used from March 1, 2025, through November 30, 2025. The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: Mowing Requirements: Mowing must be completed within 5 days of notification. Ongoing Maintenance: Continued mowing every 2 weeks until a stop notice is issued by Code Enforcement. Invoicing: Invoices should be submitted at a minimum on a monthly basis, with a preference for weekly submissions. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise and to rebid.
