Renovation of a power facility in California, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
Sub 1 Rebuild -Contract CALI24-1LM This notice supplements the Notice and Instructions to Bidders included as a part of the contract. This contract covers the installation of a new, low profile, pad mount 34.5x 12.47kv substation that will tie into existing infrastructure. There will be one (1) 5 MVA with an external voltage regulator and switchgear. There will be two (2) underground 12.47kv feeders that rise up on steel poles with provisions for one future circuit. These poles will contain PulseClosers and an Omni ruptor switch. The Contractor is to furnish all other materials. Bidder's Qualifications: Proposals will be accepted only from those prequalified Bidders invited by the Owner to submit a proposal. Bid Bond: Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Certified Check on a bank that is a member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, payable to the order of the Owner, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid price. Contractor's Bond: The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Contractor's Bond with sureties listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a penal sum not less than the contract price and which contract price shall include the total cost of Owner Furnished Materials.
