Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Trades 2. Mechanical and Plumbing 3. Electrical Mail in bids are to be sent to the attention of: Cassadaga Valley Central School District Attn: Joelle Woodward, School Business Executive 5935 Route 60 Sinclairville, NY 14782 BID SECURITY A. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid If you should have any questions, please contact Young + Wright Architectural at (716) 842-1800. Documents will be available by 2:00 pm on January 10, 2025. Bidders or subcontractors who return all Bidding and Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of bid and have remitted payment, will receive a full refund of the deposit. BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. All potential bidders must be able to self perform a minimum of 20% of the work associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead - i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.). Proof of self performance shall be provided following the bid as required in the instructions to Bidders. B. Low bidder will need to provide AIA A305 Contractor's Qualifications prior to post-bid descoping interviews. 1.
