Renovation of an educational facility in Harrison, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion within 125 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Fund's project specific goals for this project are 17% MBE and 13% WBE and 6% SDV. All bidders are urged to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including Bid Addenda. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside "BID ENCLOSED". It is the policy of the State of New York and the Fund to encourage minority/women's business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The Fund reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
