Type of Construction: Work to Be Performed Under This Project Includes Fine Milling, Resurfacing Existing Highway With a Bituminous Concrete Leveling Course and a Wearing Course, New Guardrail, Pavement Markings, Minor Drainage Improvements in Chelsea Village And Other Highway Related Items.
