To ensure timely spring tree planting access, resource roads and other associated access structures throughout the 100 Mile House District require plowing for road surfaces to dry and set. In order to complete the work, a Caterpillar dozer and/or grader may be necessary. As the entirety of the work is currently unknown at the time of this posting, bidders are required to provide hourly rates. Works will be conducted upon instruction (and possibly supervision) of the Ministry representative. Estimated Contract Duration (in months) 1 All Tenders submitted in accordance with these Conditions are irrevocable for a period of 30 days following the tender opening (the 'Tender Opening'). Bid Date Event at which time all tenders will be opened in private. The Ministry reserves the right to deny award of a contract if it is believed that the Contractor does not have the capacity to complete the works in the time specified. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. This solicitation is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA), the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the United States of America on Government Procurement (CUSPA), and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA)
