Cent. Code Section 43-07-12. All Bids Shall Remain Open for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Bid Opening. The Park District of the City of Fargo Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities. No Bid Will Be Read or Considered Which Does Not Fully Comply With the Above Provisions as to Licenses and Any Deficient Bid Will Be Rejected and Will Not Be Opened.
