Site Address: 1501 East Rose Creek Parkway South Site Directions: Project Staging Area and Access from 4515 University Drive South to the Rose Creek Driving Range. Removal of the Existing foundations and barrier fence located on the Rose Creek Golf Course Driving Range and installation of a new 500 lineal feet barrier fence. Bids must be submitted electronically and must be accompanied by a bidders bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in this state, conditioned that if the bidders bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to the bidder, the bidder, within ten (10) days after notice of award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bidder's bid and a contractors bond as required by law and the regulations and determinations of the Park District. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract. Est. Completion Date: July 25, 2025
