The City of Lewisville, Texas is accepting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for mowing and cleaning services. The City intends to use the chosen contractor to abate health nuisances related to State and Local ordinances, including mowing properties in violation of the City of Lewisville Grass and Weeds Ordinance and removing trash and/or debris when applicable. All documents that require a signature are to be signed and uploaded to Bonfire, or provided within vendor's proposal if delivered to the City of Lewisville. All questions must be submitted on Bonfire in the questions and answers section. Award will be based on best value as determined by a scoring matrix. All goods and services provided to the City must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and all regulations promulgated pursuant to the ADA. The successful bidder will be required to certify compliance, if applicable.
