Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Albion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The work is generally described as follows: Design - including footing specifications, construction, and erection of an insulated 100' x 60' pre-engineered metal building with one (1) 8'h x 8'w insulated overhead door and two (2) 80" x 36" insulated entry doors with dead bolt locks. Sidewall height shall be 20' and roof slope shall be 2.0:12. Roof color and 3'8" wainscot should be red color with steel color being white. Insulation package shall be R13 walls and R19 roof insulation. Successful bidder will be required to provide certified building drawings prior to delivery and construction. Proposals for said work, may include unit prices, but will be reviewed as an aggregate bid for the entire project. Prospective bidders are responsible for reviewing the conditions of the proposed building site in order to provide an adequate proposal. Interested parties must obtain full specifications prior to submission of proposal. The City of Albion will notify a successful bidder, if any, within 30 days; however, the City of Albion reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids which furnish the materials and construction that will, in their opinion serve the best interests of the City of Albion, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
