Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) North Sacramento Area office the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Parking Lot Repair, Seal and Restripe Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. A. License Requirement: Contractors State License Board (CSLB) C-12, Earthwork and Paving Contractors B. Contractor shall provide a Payment Bond equal to one hundred (100) percent of the value of the Agreement. Contractor shall complete the State of California, STD Form 807, in duplicate and submit prior to the execution of the Agreement. C. Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance in accordance with the Insurance Requirements found in this Agreement (Exhibit E). 2. The services shall be performed at: Department of California Highway Patrol North Sacramento Area Office 5109 Tyler Street Sacramento, CA 95215 California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%. The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that provide Parking Lot Repair, Seal and Restripe Services. Proposed Start Date of Agreement May 01, 2025, or upon approval whichever is later. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from May 01, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
