Sign faces and Sheeting Materials with unit prices effective from March 1, 2025, until August 31, 2025. Preference is given to materials, supplies and provisions that are produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. Bids may be held by the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to award. Official action on this bid will be taken at the Regular Meeting of the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury within forty-five (45) days. Minority owned firms, women owned businesses, and small businesses are encouraged to participate. Any person with disabilities requiring special accommodations must contact the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury no later than seven (7) days prior to bid opening.
