Quotes (informal bids) shall be accepted from qualified and experienced contractors to furnish two (2) Generac Mobile Diesel Generator Sets model MDG75DF4. Specification shown in Exhibit A. Proposed cost includes preparation, shipping, offloading at city facility, commissioning, and one hour of training from contractor, all in accordance with the documents attached herein: a) specification (Exhibit A); and b) Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit B). Contractors who cannot provide all the requirements should not offer a bid. Invoice will not be paid until delivery, commissioning, and one hour of training from contractor has been completed. The City reserves the right to: 1. Award all or a portion of the services as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 2. Award to one or more than one Contractor as determined to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Reject any or all bids if found not to be in the best interest of the City.
