Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Selma, Alabama. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Selma is accepting responses from qualified architectural firms to provide professional services to design, bid, and implement improvements to the Innovative Tourism Hub Facility (Historic Western Railway Building) including the parking area. Proposals will be evaluated and rated according to the following rating system: Experience including Federally Funded Experience (40 Points), Professional Background and Caliber of Personnel (40 Points), Capability to Meet Schedules and Deadlines (20 Points).
