Reference number: 20042336 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-03 The work covered by this contract is located at Bon-Pasteur Park, 395, rue du Bienheureux-Jean-XXIII in Quebec City, in the Charlesbourg borough, and includes, but is not limited to, the supply of all materials, equipment and labour required for the construction of a refrigerated covered outdoor skating rink, a technical pavilion and the exterior landscaping serving the new facilities. The following general description is only a brief enumeration of the main interventions, and a detailed analysis of the tender documents will enable the bidder to identify the full scope of the work. A) Preparatory work and temporary facilities : Mobilization of contractor and establishment of work limits. Demolition of installations in the park. Set up site fences and adjust perimeter to accommodate work areas, deliveries, storage required during structure erection, user occupancy during school term, etc. Presence of a signaller at all times during the school year. B) Construction work : A new covered outdoor rink with refrigerated concrete slab, including all accessories, glass boards, carpeting, scoreboard, audiovisual equipment and furniture. A new technical pavilion housing all maintenance equipment (resurfacing machine), the control room and the refrigeration system. Complementary exterior landscaping, including firefighter access, skater access from the existing service pavilion and landscaping. An outdoor enclosure adjoining the technical pavilion.
