Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in St Thomas, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope for this project includes the following: Replacement of approximately 313 metres of sanitary sewers Expansion of approximately 305 metres of storm network; Replacement of approximately 315 metres of watermain and appurtenances; Reconstruction of the existing roadway, curb and gutter and sidewalk; Line markings and Signage; Grading and restoration.
