Based on answers provided through Addendum # 5, please base your pricing for the project accordingly: Include in your price historical yearly escalations on material & labor per year within your scope that do not include potential tariffs. Based on the Addenda to date, any tariffs (before or after award of contract) that would increase or reduce your material price will be adjusted accordingly. We feel that you would know better than us what movement would apply to your specific material & labor scopes. Make sure to include the percent you feel will cover your scope.
