Demolition, site work and renovation of a residential development in Versailles, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Single Construction Contract for the Site Modernization Contractors are to follow COVID-19 Guidelines, State Regulations and PHA requirements at all times. It is the Contractor's responsibility to be informed of the PHA's COVID-19 requirements prior to site visits. A certified check or bank draft payable to the PHA, US Government Bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable surety (the bid bond shall be from a company which is on the US Treasury Department List, as an approved Surety Company) in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity as set forth in these documents. Attention is called to the fact that not less than David Bacon Wage Determination rates are the minimum salaries and wages on this project. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening of this bids without consent of the PHA. hese bid documents pertain to the Capital Fund Programs for Project KY36P049501-23 in Versailles, Kentucky. This project KY36P049501-23, is for 14 dwelling units located at (Poplar and Oak Street). Project KY36P049501-23, Bids for this project will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work items as described in the Bidders Packet. A non-conclusive outline of work to be performed is as follows: A. Prepare existing exterior to receive a (a. 3 wainscot) (b. full cover exterior overlay) (c. Specific area description) of spray-on limestone mixture as selected by PHA. Apply limestone and quartz veneer first coat overlay and second coat to be carved based on PHA sample selection. Process includes all preparation and cleanup and debris removal of all surfaces affected and surrounding areas.
