Site work for a water / sewer project in Alexandria, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed Work is generally described as follows: Construction of approximately 440 feet of Class 50, 8-inch ductile iron pipe and 1,280 feet of Class 50, 6-inch ductile iron pipe together with the appurtenances and related work on East Low Gap Road from East Alexandria Pike to dead end and from 1110 East Gap Road to the dead end in Alexandria, Campbell County. Bid security, in the form of an electronic Bid Bond (insuring/bonding company shall be rated "A" by AM Best) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum total bid price, must accompany each Bid. Contact: Cassandra Zoda All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Any interpretations or clarifications that are considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The person submitting questions shall be responsible for their prompt delivery
