Sewer Maintenance Materials. Chip Rock - Limestone o Type F chip rock washed limestone (Ice Rock) o 5/8 inch chip rock washed limestone (Pipe Bedding Material) o Deliveries of chip rock - limestone may differ from order to order as the City's projects are spread out throughout the City. All Deliveries shall be made to the job site location or as requested at the time of order and will be within the city limits of Huntsville, TX. Sand o Top Soil o Fill dirt o Stabilized sand = 2 bags of cement (94 lbs each) per one cubic yard of sand o Deliveries of all types of sand may differ from order to order as the City's projects are spread out throughout the City. All Deliveries shall be made to the job site location or as requested at the time of order and will be within the city limits of Huntsville, TX. The City on occasions may pick all types of sand up at the vendors locations. The City reserves the right to select pick-up or delivery. A written addenda will be issued as a response and will be posted on or before January 27, 2025 @ 5:00 P.M. on the City of Huntsville website electronically. This contract shall be effective for one year from Date of Award and will expire January 31, 2026. Upon mutual agreement of the parties and contingent upon City Council approval; contract may be extended for a period of two (2) additional year, from February 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027, and February 1, 2027 - January 31, 2028. A renewal contract should be signed by the City prior to the expiration of the initial term and any subsequent term.
