UNIVERSITY HEALTH is seeking highly qualified skilled Window Cleaning Service contractors for University Health Hospital, Women's and Children's Hospital, and numerous Ambulatory Clinics throughout San Antonio. Contractor to perform Window Cleaning Services in support of the Environmental Services Department. See Exhibit "A" for Ambulatory Clinic Locations, Addresses, Cleaning Description, and the Frequency of services required at site locations. The selected contractor will enter into a three year contract with the option to renew for two (2) additional one year terms. University Health site locations requires cleaning at different heights, using specific equipment, tools and using environmentally friendly detergents, special brushes and attachments.
