This tender calls for the supply of Hot Mix Asphalt, as required, for the period of May 1, 2025, to the end of November 2025, with the option to renew for an additional one-year term, as indicated in the tender document. All quantities listed are estimated quantities. All estimated quantities and unit prices are per tonne (t). On a few occasions over the year, the City will require asphalt to be supplied overnight at approximately 3:00 a.m. to undertake paving work on streets where work cannot be performed during the day.
