Goodwood Sewer Replacement and Pump Station 43 Forcemain Replacement Project Goodwood - The Contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment, throughout the Contract period, required for the replacement of approximately 400 linear feet of existing 8-inch diameter sewer main with 12-inch diameter sewer main, replacement of affected sewer services, and replacement of existing sewer manholes. The project includes asphalt patching, milling, and resurfacing, and other surface restoration pay items. Pump Station 43 - The Contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment, throughout the Contract period, required for: removal of a currently out of service forcemain, installation of approximately 675 linear feet of 18-inch DIP force main, place out of service a currently in-service forcemain, installation of surge tank, installation of a kingpin manhole, bypass pumping components and relocation of existing chemical tank. The project includes asphalt patching, milling, and resurfacing, and other surface restoration pay items. These projects also include other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: disposal of materials removed maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas including paved ditches and pavement as identified in the Contract Documents. Specifically, the contractor will be required to provide arboricultural mitigation for trees impacted, per the provided Arborist Report and plan sheets and to secure road closure requests after submission of acceptable Temporary Traffic Control plans. The Contractor shall have the capability to perform and complete the services in all respects in accordance with the solicitation documents.
