The Housing Authority of the City of Columbia, SC (Columbia Housing or CH) is seeking proposals for various property assessment services. It is the intent of Columbia Housing to reposition its' affordable housing assets over the next few years. Repositioning strategies may include conversion under the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD); Section 18 Disposition and/or Demolition and Voluntary Conversion. All of these methods of repositioning require a Part 50 or Part 58 Environmental Clearance from a Responsible Entity or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Columbia Housing will select one or more firms to create a professional "pool" that will perform required services pursuant to individual task orders issued based on the needs of the projects. Task orders that are for services that are not priced in this solicitation will be priced by the selected contractors at the time of issuance. The contract will be for a period of not more than five (5) years. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Issuance of Response to Questions February 6, 2025 The duration of the contract will be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
