The project generally consists of landscape and irrigation work along all exit and entrance ramps of I-70 at the exit 180 interchange. The Work will include minor grading and concrete work, planting of trees, shrubs and ornamental grasses, irrigation alterations and other landscaping work. Professional Traffic Control will be required at times. The Town of Vail is seeking a qualified landscape contractor to install landscape improvements at the East Vail I-70 Interchange (Exit 180). The project generally consists of landscape and irrigation work along all exit and entrance ramps of I-70 at the exit 180 interchange. The Work will include minor grading and concrete work, planting of trees, shrubs and ornamental grasses, irrigation alterations and other landscaping work. Professional Traffic Control will be required at times. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid. Notice of Award: on or about February 13, 2025 Notice to Proceed: on or about April 1, 2025 Site Work Mobilization: as early as May 5, 2025 or as weather allows Substantial Completion: June 27, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.
