Reference number: 20042700 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-03 OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to repair the envelope, interior finishes and exterior landscaping at Habitations Des Oblats II (#812), located at 371-391 and 411, rue des Oblats, Montreal (Quebec), H8R 4B6, in the borough of LaSalle. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: - Replacement of windows and patio doors and related finishing work; - Replacement of balcony decking with privacy panel; - Replacement of balcony railings; - Installation of terraces on the ground floor with privacy panels; - Repair of masonry control joints; - Repair of brickwork on some balconies; - Replacement of floor tiles in entrances and staircases and addition of anti-slip strips at the nosing of steps; - Painting of staircases and railings (interior); - Enlarging the vestibule of the garbage room and adding a garbage hatch on the ground floor; - Replacement of floor lobby doors and hardware; - Replacement of lighting fixtures in halls and staircases; - Replacement of staircase heaters; - Moving the intercom to the outside and adding a factor key; - Repairs to paving, curbs and sidewalks; - Landscaping. The work will be carried out in two (2) separate buildings, 371-391 and 411 des Oblats. The buildings, built in 1988, are 3 storeys high and comprise 20 and 12 units respectively. The units are intended for families. During construction, the units will be occupied.
