The project consists of full replacement, coping work, selective masonry wall restoration, selective interior work, ceilings, painting and other minor finish work and other incidental work and associated structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. Trades included but not limited to: Selective Demo., Maintenance of Masonry, Structural Steel Framing, Steel Decking, Roofing, Insulation, Firestopping, Joint Sealants, D/F/H, Plaster Patching, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical. Project no- Orr: 2025-28151-ROF Roof Replacement Adhere a modified bitumen roofmembrane and flashing system per CPS standards. Roof Repairs (to be preformed only in an effort to stop further water ingress) KIPP-Ascend Chicago, IL Mechanically fasten a base sheet to the gypsum roof deck. Install a vapor retarder/temporary roof. Address all rooftop equipment: Address masonry throughout the school Address plumbing issues Adhere a tapered polyisocyanurate system with an average R-valve of 30. Adhere coverboard insulation. 1. Install modified bitumen repair (allow for 750 square feet.) 2. Replace fasteners (allow for 20 locations.) 3. Install sealant (allow for 200 linear feet.) 4. Remove all debris from the roofs, gutters, and piping. 5. Cut blister, allow to dry, and install a modified bitumen repair (allow for 10 square feet.)
