Site work and asbestos abatement for a fire / police facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and for asbestos abatement for a fire / police facility.
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and all incidentals to remediate lead painted surfaces and remove/dispose of ACMs (asbestos containing materials) at 1908 Hollins Street Fire Station (Engine #14). LUMP SUM BID AND UNIT PRICING - The Contractor shall supply all labor, material, supervision, equipment, insurance, permits and all other incidentals required to complete the work items listed below as requested by HABC, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Ref. 3/29/2019 Lead Report by Jenkins Env. Inc. Preliminary site inspection revealed approximately 3,400 SF of lead painted metal ceiling, approximately 1,200 SF deteriorated lead painted plaster, 1,600 SF vinyl asbestos floor tile and 300 LF of presumed asbestos containing pipe insulation. Bidders must visit the site prior to submitting their bids to verify field conditions and quantities. Existing lead painted walls to remain will be encapsulated by others upon completion of remediation by this subcontractor. Questions Due Date: 02/12/2025 at 2:00 PM ET
