Renovation of an educational facility in Chicago, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.

The project consists of Boiler replacement and MEP renovations. Provision of (2) new gas fired boilers, (2) supply fan wall systems, (2) new supply split case fans, (4) new rooftop return fans with supports, (6) new dual temperature coils, new control dampers, new finned tube radiators and all associated piping, vacuuming of existing ductwork and balancing of air flow, new ductwork, (3) new architectural grade exterior metal ducts, new filters, repairing existing tunnel zone box coils, new lighting fixtures in the Boiler Room , new distribution panel, new BAS system, new keyless access, (4) new floor drains, new acoustical ceilings tile, plater ceiling/wall restoration and painting, and floor finish restoration. All work will be completed in (2) two phases.
