Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a 39,200-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Pedestrian improvements including sidewalks, driveways, ADA barrier free curb ramps, medians, RRFB, pavement markings and signage. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Pedestrian improvements including sidewalks, driveways, ADA barrier free curb ramps, medians, RRFB, pavement markings and signage. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered. PREQUALIFICATION Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 3 of 00 21 13 -INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
