The project is located at various locations in the Village of Wilmette, Cook County, Illinois. The project includes Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) alley reconstruction at up to six alley locations (up to 5,600 square yards or 0.59 miles), brick street reconstruction at two locations (up to 2,700 square yards or 0.19 miles), brick roadway patching (approximately 11,000 square feet) at various locations, brick crosswalk patching (approximately 2,100 square feet) on Sheridan Road, sewer repairs and bump-out construction on Ridge Road, and replacement of the PCC ramp at the Burmeister parking garage.
