Security Camera, Cabling, and Access Controls System Installation and Repair Services The Purchasing Department of the Boerne Independent School District ("BISD" or the "School district") is conducting this procurement to establish a single contract or multiple contract(s) for Security Camera, Cabling, & Access Controls System Installation and Repair Services. Boerne ISD is seeking to obtain responses from vendors that can provide support of the Districts Security Camera, Cabling, Access Controls Installation and Repair Services. Details of the services are discussed further within this RFP. Camera & Access Control Vendor(s) areas of service will include but is not limited to: o In building cabling that connect End-Point Devices such as Cameras, Card Readers, Control Boards, etc. o In/On building Hardware such as Cameras o In/On building Hardware such as Card Access Readers o In building Hardware such as Control Boards o Other Camera and Control related quests Duties Included but not limited to: o Establish and maintain a sound customer relationship between campus staff and the Safety & Security Department. o Installation of Camera and Access Control Hardware based on the Manufacture's Standards and BISDs approval. o Removal of Camera and Access Control Hardware based on the Manufacture's Standards and BISDs approval. o Replacement of hardware based on the Manufacturer's Standards and BISDs approval. o Remedy connection and/or Port issues related to Cameras and Access Controls Hardware. o Installation of structured cable. o Installation of electrical requests. o Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety & Security Department. o New Camera installations and Camera Replacements will include SD cards o Programming including adding new devices in owners VMS system, including updating server lists, maps, and views o 1 year warranty included with all new devices and replacements o If existing device is discontinued, vendor will provide recommendations for a similar device with pricing.
