Description: The Contractor will provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW): labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for yearly inspection, maintenance, and servicing of furnaces, HVAC (mini-split) units, walk-in cool room refrigerator units and an ice machine in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. All inspection and maintenance work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely. Location of Services: The location of services shall be performed at Trinity River Hatchery, 1000 Hatchery Road, Lewiston, California 96052. Contract Term Date: Upon CDFW approval until June 30, 2027. Estimated Cost: $ 42,000.00 Notice of Intent to Award March 14, 2025 Proposed Award Date March 19, 2025 The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement.
