Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brenham, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The last date to submit questions for clarification will be Tuesday, July 1st, 2025 at 5pm Project has been REBID 1. The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract for the Construction of satellite EMS Response station at the U.S. Army Corps of Judge site at 12961 LBJ Driver in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The construction of the facility uses prefabricated metal buildings that will house the EMS crew quarters an associated apparatus bay and a storage boat facility. 2. Work shall include site preparations, materials and labor to provide a complete building as detailed in the specifications below. 3. The County shall be responsible for all permits. 4. The Contractor shall be responsible for: a. Construction b. Foundation and site work c. Septic system, water, and utility coordination/connection d. Providing material submittals to the County for review and approval prior to installation. e. Maintaining a clean working site and shall be responsible for all construction waste material. Bid Documents must be accompanied by a Bid Bond if the Vendor's total Bid amount exceeds $100,000, payable to the County for five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. After execution of the Contract, and receipt, execution, and approval of the Successful Vendor's Payment and Performance bond, the Bid Bond will be returned. A certified check may be used in lieu of a Bid Bond. The Successful Vendor will be required to provide the County with a Performance Bond and Payment Bond if their total Bid amount exceeds $100,000, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, with a corporate surety approved by the County for the faithful performance of the Contract. Tuesday, July 1 is last day for Requests for Information. Questions must be addressed in writing to Washington County at jknuppel@washingtoncountytx.gov. The last date to submit questions for clarification will be noon on February 12th, 2025 at 5pm.. The Work contemplated under this Contract shall be considered as continuous and be completed within two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days from the notice to proceed. The County reserves the right to waive any irregularities that may be in its best interest to do so Project was REBID from 02/13/2025 to 07/10/2025 at 10:00 AM CT
