The purpose of this request is to provide the City of Sioux Falls with formal bids for Park Roads and Parking Lot Improvements at Various Locations. Questions Due Date: Feb 3rd 2025, 5:00 PM CST This project is estimate at $848,506.80 and will be funded with CIP No. 14081 . Each bid of $100,000 or greater must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10 percent of the amount of the bid, or in lieu thereof a certified check, cashier’s check, or bank draft in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the bid. An image of the certified check, cashier’s check, or bank draft must be uploaded to Bonfire and physically delivered to Customer Service Counter, Ground Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402 prior to the time of bid submission deadline. Bid bonds must be uploaded to Bonfire electronically.
