As of 4/3/2025, the District has decided that it is in its best interest not to award this bid. The intent of this proposal is to solicit qualified vendors for Collin College District, hereafter indicated as District, who are authorized, accredited and certified to perform mechanical repair services on the following: Centrifugal Chillers. Rotary screw chillers, DX-Chillers, Air Handling Equipment, Coils, Boilers, Pumps, Cooling Tower, Variable Frequency Drives, Air Compressors, DX Reciprocating equipment, Controls, Expansion System Piping as well as any associated auxiliary equipment. The contractor shall perform all maintenance, repair or services adhering to all manufacturer guidelines and in strict accordance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and codes. Bids $25,000 or more - Labor and Material Payment Bond - bond amount to be one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price. Bids of $100,000 or more - Performance Bond - bond amount to be one hundred percent (100%) of total contract price. Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 3:00 PM CT The District's e-bidding system allows for the submission of questions to the buyer handling this solicitation. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or parts of submittals and to award based on the best overall value submitted to the District with consideration given to price and capability to perform in accordance with the standard business practices and requirements of the solicitation. The District reserves the right to waive any technicalities or informalities in the solicitation process deemed to be in the best interests of the District.
