This work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, equipment, traffic control, and supervision necessary to perform all operations for the application of an asphalt rejuvenating agent to asphaltic concrete surface courses. Any questions or requests for clarification should be submitted online. All responses to questions will be released in the form of an addendum after the cut off for submitting questions has passed.
