The term of the Contract is for the winters of 2025-2026, 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, commencing on 8 September 2025 and ending no later than 30 June 2028. These Services are to be performed in accordance with the Quotation, in accordance with the lump sum prices and unit prices set out in the Price Schedule. The overall provision of Services is subdivided into seven (7) lots, as follows: - Lot 1 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (12 buildings) - Lot 1, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 2 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (12 buildings) - Lot 2, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 3 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (10 buildings) - Lot 3, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 4 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (16 buildings) - Lot 4, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 5 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (9 buildings) - Lot 5, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 6 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (9 buildings) - Lot 6, Sections 1 and 2; - Lot 7 - the Services required for the buildings listed in the Price Schedule (14 buildings) - Lot 7, Sections 1 and 2.
