Board of Trustees, Sweetwater County School District #2, Green River, Wyoming will receive sealed bids for: LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL BOILER BURNER UPGRADE Purpose :- Sweetwater County School District #2 is seeking bids for main Boiler Burner Replacement at Lincoln Middle School located at 350 Monroe Avenue, Green River, WY 82935 as detailed below. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Remove existing burners from Cleaver Brooks Boilers and replace with new Limpsfield LPN2/1465 Burners 2. Removal and installation parts and labor, start up and commissioning of new burners and control system 3. Burner package will include the following: Limpsfield LPN2/1465 Burner Autoflame Mini Mark 8 control pods Autoflame load sensor New gas train Factory Warranty All bids are to be submitted on the Bid Form provided and shall be marked: LINCOLN MIDDLESCHOOL BOILER BURNER UPGRADE SMR 2025. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. The Board will accept the bid that in their opinion is the best. All work may start on JUNE 1, 2025 after bond and insurance requirements are met and be completed by AUGUST 10, 2025.
