The Successful Proponent will be required to operate the stadium's audio-visual systems on game days as well as do system maintenance and repair on the systems. This includes all necessary setup prior to game days, operations, collaborating with TV crews and teams, in-house staff and so on. At a minimum, event audio-visual operation and support will be required for a minimum of twelve regular season Hamilton Tiger Cat games and fifteen regular season Hamilton Forge game. There is the possibility of playoff games, and other events to take place during the year.
