Site work for a civil project in Ashland, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work shall generally consist of: Replacement of lift station and force main to the sanitary sewer treatment plant. Installation of a mechanical screen, control valve & vault, remote monitoring equipment, backup generator and associated site work/piping. In submitting Proposals for the planned work, the Bidder shall declare that only persons or parties interested in the proposed work as Principals are those contained in the Proposal; and that the Proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation. Question Deadline 02/11/2025 All questions of a technical nature regarding the project will only be answered in writing by Addendum. Any questions may be submitted by telephone or in writing to Cameron Jones, cjones@bentonassociates.com, or at the Pre-Bid Meeting. Questions should be submitted to the Engineer no later than five (5) working days prior to the bid date. Business Enterprise Program Goal (Total) 5% * Minority Business Enterprise Goal 2.5% * Women Business Enterprise Goal 2.5% The Owner may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any or all bids, and to determine which is the lowest, responsive, responsible bid based upon the Base Bid for the work.
